Is there an answer to love?
Is it
a) what I know or
b) what I feel?
Why can’t it be “all of the above?”

You’ve gotta have heart
All you really need is heart
When the odds are sayin’ you’ll never win
That’s when the grin should start

There are worse things
Than staring at the water
As you’re posing for a picture
After sleeping on the ferry
After getting up at seven
To come over to an island
In the middle of a river
Half an hour from the city
On a Sunday.

Things I’ve learned include:
“There’s a fine, fine line between together and not
And there’s a fine, fine line between what you wanted and what you got.
You gotta go after the things you want while you’re still in your prime…
There’s a fine, fine line between love
And a waste of time.”

“When you see the storm is coming,
See the lightning part the skies,
It’s too late to run-
There’s terror in your eyes!
What you do then is remember
This old thing you heard me say:
‘It’s the storm, not you,
That’s bound to blow away.’”

Thanks for the additional lessons, Angela. I had posted Fine, Fine Line earlier, but not Secret Garden or Wonderful Town.
